Job Description

  • Plan, budget, schedule, and oversee major commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Lead all project phases, including conceptual development, subcontractor coordination, and on‑site execution
  • Manage multiple large ground‑up projects simultaneously in fast‑moving environments
  • Guide project teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and high‑quality delivery
  • Interpret and review drawings, documents, and design packages to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Drive problem‑solving, risk mitigation, and strategic decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle
  • Represent the organization professionally with clients, partners, and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally $25M-$50M+
  • Strong background in ground‑up builds including industrial, multifamily, senior living, hospitality, or high‑rise
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, sitework, and blueprint interpretation
  • Skilled in scheduling, resource allocation, team leadership, and project financials
  • Effective communicator with strong customer‑facing abilities
  • Ability to navigate permitting processes and collaborate with local authorities
  • Strong problem solver who can evaluate complex issues and drive solutions
  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and associated construction technologies
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship needs
