Our client is seeking a multifaceted Project Manager to work in tandem with leadership as they continue to establish themselves in the Indianapolis market. Job Description

  • Lead commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion
  • Report directly into VPs & President of Construction
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver projects ranging from $10M+ within a strong pipeline

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes
  • Strong knowledge of both estimating and budgeting for projects.
