Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
  • Oversee procurement, subcontracts, and material delivery timelines
  • Monitor project costs and manage change orders
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial interiors or healthcare construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project financials
  • Experience managing projects in occupied or regulated environments preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) preferred
