Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and consultants
  • Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Review contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and pay applications
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations
  • Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project objectives

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing interior Class A Office and/or Healthcare construction projects
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost reporting
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
