Job Description

The Project Manager - Interior Projects - Baltimore will be responsible for:

Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to align project objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Resolve project-related issues and provide innovative solutions to keep the project on track.
Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among all team members

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Interior Projects - Baltimore should have:

5+ years of project management experience
Experience managing ground up projects $10M+
Bachelor's Degree - required
Proficiency in project management tools and software, with excellent organizational skills.
Strong leadership abilities to guide diverse teams and ensure project success.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
