The Project Manager will take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work closely with in‑house design teams and field leadership, managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations. This role offers exposure to large‑footprint, technically straightforward but schedule‑intensive projects with strong systems and support in place.

Job Description

Glimpse of your role:

  • Lead large scale commercial, interiors & education ground up projects from inception through completion
  • Report directly into the Director & President of Construction
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipelines.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
  • Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
