Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Lead interior construction projects through all phases, from planning through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure project goals are achieved safely and efficiently.
  • Review project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain quality standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and contract administration.
  • Facilitate communication between owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10 years of construction experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
  • Strong background in interior construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, schedules, and budgets.
  • Stable employment history with strong tenure at current and previous employers.
