• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to key stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Resolve any project-related issues promptly while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Continuously evaluate processes and implement improvements for future projects.
