Our client offers a complete range of construction services for a mix of small to large scale commercial projects - specializing in K-12 and Municipal construction projects. They have a proven track record in the construction industry and have become one of the most reputable contractors in the Greater Indianapolis area.

Job Description

  • Lead commercial ground up projects from inception through completion
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
  • Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver projects ranging from $15M+ within a strong pipeline

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
  • Experience with education/public projects is a MUST
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
  • Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
