Job Description

  • Manage K-12 construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key updates and progress.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain strong communication with all involved parties to ensure project success.
