Job Description

The Project Manager - K-12 - Southern Maryland will:

  • Manage all day‑to‑day project operations for commercial construction projects
  • Review and interpret construction documents and perform constructability reviews
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Maintain schedules, daily logs, job cost updates, and billing projections
  • Coordinate subcontractors, owners, architects, and internal project teams
  • Oversee quality control, commissioning, and project closeout activities
  • Communicate regularly with ownership and the project team throughout the lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - K-12 - Southern Maryland will have:

  • 5+ years of construction experience with at least 2 years as a Project Manager
  • Experience working for a commercial General Contractor preferred
  • Open to candidates from subcontractors with strong MEP backgrounds
  • Experience on projects such as K‑12, municipal, churches, TI's, or wastewater
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam (required)
