Job Description

The K-12 Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and be responsible for overseeing multiple education sector projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with school districts, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
  • Lead project meetings and ensure consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project budgets, contract administration, change orders, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to ensure project schedules and quality standards are achieved
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues

The Successful Applicant

For the K-12 Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of project management experience within the construction industry
  • Experience managing K-12, higher education, municipal, or institutional construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and cost control
  • Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects successfully
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
