Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and contracts.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in construction field required
  • Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects
  • Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate
  • Success driven
  • Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
  • Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
