Job Description

  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and change control
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and self‑perform operations
  • Partner with owners, architects, and engineers to resolve issues
  • Implement lean construction practices to improve delivery outcomes
  • Oversee procurement, contracts, and project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of project management experience in construction
  • Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and contracts
  • Experience on complex projects (data centers, healthcare, industrial)
  • Willingness to travel and work primarily on active job sites
