  • Manage direct federal construction projects valued at $20M-$100M+
  • Lead project execution from preconstruction through turnover
  • Coordinate with federal agencies, USACE, and government stakeholders
  • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor performance
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards
  • Support delivery of secure facilities including SCIFs and classified interiors
  • Work closely with internal teams from the Falls Church office to support field operations

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing federal or public‑sector construction projects
  • Background working with GSA, USACE, DoD, IDIQ, or similar contract vehicles
  • Ability to manage complex, occupied, or secure environments
  • Active or previously held Secret or Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship required and ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to commute to the Falls Church office and DMV project sites
