Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
  • Oversee project teams including APMs, PEs, and field staff
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication
  • Coordinate with preconstruction, operations, and executive leadership
  • Execute work across CMAR, design-build, and hard bid delivery methods
  • Monitor financial performance and mitigate project risks

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Large Scale Commercial Construction should have:

  • 5-10+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale projects (~$50M)
  • Experience in CMAR, design-build, and/or hard bid environments
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Stable work history with strong tenure preferred
  • Commercial, institutional, or mixed-sector project experience
