Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Oversee project planning and execution to ensure quality, safety, and schedule goals are achieved.
  • Review and manage procurement activities, subcontractor buyout, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field leadership to drive successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present project reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support client relationship management and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-10 years of construction industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing, and/or senior living projects.
  • Experience overseeing projects valued between $20M and $150M+.
  • Ability to manage projects from start to finish with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to work from the Richmond, VA office.
