Job Description

Project Manager - Life Science - Boston, MA - $150k - Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project execution
  • Lead on-site project teams alongside superintendents and support staff
  • Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards are met
  • Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Drive communication across stakeholders to maintain alignment
  • Travel to project sites within the I-495 belt as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Life Science should have:

  • 3-10 years of construction project management experience
  • Experience with life sciences, lab, or commercial construction preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to be on-site full-time and travel locally
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
