We are seeking a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of construction projects throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts. Job Description

  • Manage or assist in managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation.
  • Support field operations and maintain communication between clients, design teams, and construction teams.
  • Work on projects within the life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, and MEP sectors.
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools to track project progress and documentation.
  • Participate in site visits and project meetings across the Greater Boston and Eastern/Central Massachusetts region.
  • Collaborate with Project Executives and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Report directly to a Project Executive.
  • Work from the Hopkinton office and project sites based on project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction-related experience.
  • Interest in or experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to work onsite and in-office as required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
  • Residence within approximately 45 minutes of Hopkinton, MA.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, or MEP projects.
  • Experience using Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Previous construction internship, co-op, assistant project management, or project management experience.
