Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from planning and preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and client communications.
  • Lead field operations in partnership with on-site superintendents and assistant project staff.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive quality control, safety compliance, and project performance across all phases of construction.
  • Manage projects within the life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, education, industrial, and renovation sectors.
  • Ensure a high level of client service while maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Work on-site full-time at project locations primarily throughout the Greater Boston area and within the Route 495 corridor.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-10 years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Background in life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, or technical construction projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and construction operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Comfortable working full-time on project sites throughout Greater Boston.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
