We are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee complex life sciences and laboratory construction projects in the Greater Boston market. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leading clients while managing projects from planning through execution and delivery.

Job Description

  • Manage life sciences and laboratory construction projects from inception through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management, and overall execution.
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure quality, cost, and timing objectives are achieved.
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools to track progress and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Support multiple confidential life sciences client accounts throughout the Greater Boston area.
  • Provide leadership, communication, and strategic project oversight throughout all phases of construction.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5-12+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Background working for a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Owner's Project Management firm.
  • Experience managing life sciences, laboratory, or highly technical construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to commute to Cambridge, MA on a full-time basis.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Prior experience supporting biotech, pharmaceutical, higher education, or research facility clients.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders on complex projects.
