Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Develop budgets, schedules, and project execution plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.



Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and project updates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.



Financial Management

  • Oversee cost tracking, forecasting, and project profitability.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and billing processes.
  • Identify risks and implement cost-control strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-12+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Background in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
  • Experience with design-build or negotiated work preferred.
  • Familiarity with projects involving complex MEP or process systems.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
  • Total Compensation: $115,000 - $150,000+
  • Bonus: 10-20% performance-based
  • Vehicle: Allowance or company vehicle + fuel card
