Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of project delivery
  • Manage project financial reporting
  • Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials
  • Lead OAC meetings
  • Review subcontractor performance
  • Drive schedule and cost performance
  • Tilt-wall construction
  • Distribution centers
  • Manufacturing facilities
  • Cold storage projects
  • Logistics facilities

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Strong industrial experience preferred
  • Procore and scheduling software proficiency
