Project Manager - Light Industrial

As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a major ground‑up cold storage project, reporting directly to senior operational leadership. You will be responsible for delivery from preconstruction through close‑out.

• Lead all aspects of project execution, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams in a design and build environment
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, change management, and cost reporting
• Drive coordination across design, procurement, and construction activities
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
• Enforce safety, quality control, and compliance standards on site
• Provide mentorship and direction to Assistant Project Managers where applicable
• This will be an office-based role with overnight travel twice a month to visit the project.
