Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and resolve project issues to maintain smooth operations.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Ground up experience in light industrial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
