Job Description

  • Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction to completion
  • Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor contracts and scopes of work
  • Monitor project costs and proactively manage budget risks
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Identify and resolve project challenges and mitigate risks
  • Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up big box retail, grocery, or light industrial projects
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and project controls
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
