My client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end custom residence in the Palisades area. This role will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction from pre-construction through final completion ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day management of a luxury custom home construction project
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and ownership team
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
  • Oversee subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance
  • Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to design intent and specifications
  • Manage permitting, inspections, and compliance with local regulations
  • Identify and resolve project risks, cost overruns, and schedule delays
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure a safe and organized job site

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant experience in project management experience in custom residential construction
  • Proven experience delivering luxury single-family homes (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Experience working with high-end architects and design teams
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
  • Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Los Angeles building codes and permitting processes
