Job Description

  • Lead high end residential projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams throughout the build
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement
  • Support estimating, takeoffs, and financial tracking
  • Coordinate with superintendents and field teams on execution
  • Maintain exceptional attention to quality and detail throughout projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Project management experience in residential construction, ideally high end custom homes
  • Experience managing ground up projects and/or large renovations
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across preconstruction and operations
  • Detail oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship
  • Strong communication and client facing skills
