Job Description

  • Lead and manage luxury multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Oversee budgeting and cost management to maintain financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.
