Project Manager - Luxury Renovations - Brooklyn

• Plan, coordinate, and manage high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and management.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
