They value hard workinng individuals that have strong onrganizational & communication skills to work in this remote setting.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Retail Project Manager are:Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from kickoff through completionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholdersMaintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issuesParticipate in project budgeting and estimating efforts when neededConduct regular project reporting and documentationCollaborate with field teams to ensure quality, schedule, and client expectations are metTravel periodically to project sites for progress reviews and client meetingsTake ownership of projects and work independently in a remote environmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
