They value hard workinng individuals that have strong onrganizational & communication skills to work in this remote setting.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Retail Project Manager are:

  • Manage luxury retail interior construction projects from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Participate in project budgeting and estimating efforts when needed
  • Conduct regular project reporting and documentation
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure quality, schedule, and client expectations are met
  • Travel periodically to project sites for progress reviews and client meetings
  • Take ownership of projects and work independently in a remote environment

The Successful Applicant

The traits for a successful Retail Project Manager include:

    • 2-5 years of construction experience
    • Experience in luxury retail interiors
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and project controls
    • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with:
      • Procore
      • Bluebeam
    • Ability and willingness to travel as required
    • Construction Management degree is preferred but not required
