Project Manager - Luxury Retail - Miami, FL

• Lead full lifecycle project management of luxury retail interior fit-outs, from pre-construction through final close-out
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and brand stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Oversee procurement of subcontractors, vendors, and long-lead materials, with a strong focus on custom finishes and specialty installations
• Coordinate with field teams and superintendents to ensure seamless execution aligned with design intent and brand standards
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to proactively identify risks and resolve issues
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and value engineering initiatives while maintaining project integrity and quality
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of craftsmanship expected in luxury retail environments
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Lead client meetings, provide regular reporting, and maintain transparency on project status, milestones, and challenges
• Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards
• Collaborate closely with designers to execute highly detailed, design-driven spaces with precision
• Oversee project close-out, including punch list completion, final inspections, and turnover documentation
