Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager II / Project Manager I will report to senior project management leadership and play a key role in the successful execution of construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M.

  • Support and manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and change orders
  • Assist with contract administration, documentation, and project reporting
  • Collaborate with field operations teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
  • Foster strong client relationships while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Project Manager II / Project Manager I we are seeking:

  • 3 to 10 years of construction project management experience
  • Experience delivering healthcare, manufacturing, light industrial, or mixed commercial projects
  • Exposure to projects ranging from $5M to $30M in value
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

  • Base salary: $85,000 - $115,000
  • Truck allowance: $6,600 annually



Project Manager I

  • Base salary: $115,000 - $125,000
  • Truck allowance: $10,200 annually
