Project Manager | Mechanical Construction

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement of necessary materials.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
