This firm has nation wide projects underway supporting mechanical scopes on large construction projects for healthcare, data center, infrastructure and several other commercial construction projects.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager II will report into Senior Project Leadership and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through completion.Lead and manage one or multiple mechanical construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standardsOversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost management activities across HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopesBuild and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and clientsManage subcontractor buyout, change orders, RFIs, and submittals throughout the project lifecycleDrive safety culture, ensuring all site activities align with company and regulatory standards Monitor project financials, forecasting costs, managing budgets, and improving profitabilityLead project teams, including foremen and coordinators, to optimise performance and meet delivery targetsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
