Job Description

The Project Manager - Mechanical / HVAC will:

  • Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Oversee client relationships, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
  • Lead Design-Assist project efforts and collaborate with preconstruction teams.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Support major commercial fit-out and large-scale mechanical projects.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Mechanical / HVAC should have:

  • 3+ years of Mechanical or HVAC Project Management experience.
  • Background managing commercial mechanical construction projects.
  • Experience with Design-Assist delivery methods preferred.
  • Exposure to Medical Gas, Process Piping, Compressed Air, or facilities projects is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and industry-standard project management tools.
