Employees are supported through strong leadership, inclusive values and opportunities for long‑term career growth.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Lead multiple complex, cross‑functional projects across supply, operations and related business areas.Manage full project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution, deployment and close out.Define and control project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and change requests.Build and motivate cross‑regional project teams, providing clear direction and hands‑on leadership when required.Ensure projects are aligned with strategic business objectives and deliver measurable value.Manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, providing clear status updates and insights.Oversee governance, reporting, documentation and performance tracking against agreed milestones.Identify, mitigate and resolve project risks and issues, maintaining focus on critical path activities.Drive continuous improvement by developing and embedding project management standards, tools and best practices.Collaborate closely with commercial, operational and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
