Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from kickoff through completion
  • Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
  • Lead project teams in partnership with Superintendents
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and design teams
  • Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Drive scheduling updates and procurement timelines
  • Lead progress meetings and communicate project updates
  • Oversee pay applications, forecasting, cost tracking, and cash flow
  • Deliver successful closeouts, punch lists, warranties, and turnover
  • Support preconstruction with bid reviews, scope development, and buyout strategy
  • Identify risks and support value engineering efforts

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • History of delivering projects valued at $5M+
  • Background in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
  • Experience managing subcontractors and contracts
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, P6, or similar software
  • Strong communicator with leadership presence
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective problem solver in fast-paced project environments
  • Skilled at building relationships with clients and project teams
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and strong commitment to safety
