Project Manager - MEP

• Manage all MEP aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Oversee procurement and resource allocation for MEP-related components.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with all project teams and stakeholders.
