Job Description

Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:

  • Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with full responsibility for budget, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead large-scale industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and data center projects across the country.
  • Coordinate internal project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Drive project planning, risk management, procurement, scheduling, and cost control efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and regional operations teams.
  • Support the continued expansion of the company's industrial, commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical project portfolio.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction - Charlotte should have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of project management experience within commercial construction.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale industrial, manufacturing, trucking/logistics, distribution, or similar construction projects.
  • Healthcare construction experience will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project stakeholders, budgets, and schedules.
  • Experience leading projects from start to finish with direct client interaction.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
