Job Description

The Project Manager oversees electrical and mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations. This role collaborates with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and company leadership to drive successful project outcomes while supporting business growth.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and closeout.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and customer expectations.
  • Lead project meetings and provide direction to superintendents, foremen, and field personnel across multiple projects.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor project performance, financial results, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with construction technology, scheduling tools, and standard business software.
