Project Manager - Mixed-Commercial Construction

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability among project team members.
