Project Manager - Mixed Commercial Construction

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of mixed commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor construction progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Prepare and present progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
