• Oversee and manage mixed commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, to address project needs.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays proactively.
• Prepare detailed project reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain quality control and ensure all deliverables meet specified standards.
