Job Description

The K-12 Project Manager will report to senior construction leadership and oversee the successful delivery of education projects from preconstruction through completion. The successful K-12 Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage K-12 construction projects including ground-up builds, additions, renovations, and campus improvements
  • Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and project execution activities
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, risk management, and financial reporting
  • Drive schedule performance and maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school districts, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Oversee project closeout activities and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

For the K-12 Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on K-12, educational, or commercial construction projects
  • Strong background in ground-up and renovation construction
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with field operations, owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Experience with fast-track delivery methods and multi-site programs is highly desirable
