Job Description

  • Manage all phases of multi-family construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Lead and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
