Client details will be shared during the interview process.Job DescriptionManage multifamily projects (and select commercial projects) from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and cost reporting.Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and ownership groups.Lead project meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and scope alignment.Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to track documentation and project progress.Monitor project quality, safety, and schedule adherence.Support multiple projects as part of a collaborative PM team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
