Project Manager- Multifamily- Birmingham, AL

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment with design specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to address project needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.
