Job Description

Partner with the Lead Superintendent to manage the full project lifecycle
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance across all project phases
Oversee document control, submittals, and procurement tracking
Manage subcontractor compliance including contracts, insurance, and mobilization
Coordinate communication between Owner, Architect, and subcontractors
Lead buyout processes, scope development, and subcontractor negotiations
Manage project cost control, forecasting, and overall profitability
Lead change order processes and support scheduling, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of construction project management experience
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture preferred)
Proven experience with ground-up, wood-framed multifamily projects
Strong understanding of project financials, buyout, and cost control
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong communication
Experience mentoring junior staff (APMs) is a plus
